There is more!

There is more awaiting for you. Be patient (talk to me about patience haha) The situation, lifestyle, relationship, friendship, you are holding onto for some while knowing its not right thing for you, yeah you still find yourself in it. Why is it so hard to let go?


There is more awaiting for you. Change is coming but where you are right now is exactly where you need to be. The reason you are not ready to let go is because there is some lesson to be fulfilled. Accepting that it's ok and you will be ok and everything is going to work out is the key. Being within the present moment too. We may feel out of alignment sometimes and that's ok. Don't be harsh on yourself. Everything in this world, universe is in movement constantly. It's all process of journey you are experiences. Everything is changing all the time on many different levels.


You may be breaking your diet plan, maybe you drinking more than usual, maybe you are slowing down and not working out so much, maybe you spend a lot

of time in bed, maybe you watching shit loads of Netflix. Whatever you do just don't beat yourself up, you know I am talking about that inner dialog (inner voice) we may have sometimes. ''I shouldn't be eating that, Jesus I am fucking up again, I am lazy, I cannot even leave the bed, I feel shit. Well you name it. I am pretty sure many can relate to that, there is no better critic apart the one that shows up in our head.


We can find ourselves under a lot of pressure sometimes, making sure we do the right thing. We are bombarded day to day about what to do, what is good for me, what is bad, what should I be doing, How I should be, look, present myself, how to feel. All day every day. It's everywhere! I mean everywhere, school, work, social media, media, internet, billboards, adverts, music, movies. We are losing independent thought. Read this again. We are losing independent thought! The inner knowing what is right for the individual and to think for themselves.


What if lying in bed for 3 days is not bad at all? What if stuffing that whole tub of ben & Jerrys down is not so naughty and bad? Oh you watched Netflix 2 weeks straight oh no you had whole bottle of wine! you feel a bit shit lately. You are chilling a lot. So what! Before you start blaming yourself for failing remember that you feeling guilty is 100x worse than what you are actually doing. Guilt is a bitch! guilt will keep you feeling low for a long time, the negative inner voice saying you shouldn't be doing that. I am really into letting go of the concept of right or wrong when it comes to little things.


We go through phases, end of the day what also matters is how you treat yourself from the inside. Not just the outside. Yes the inner critic, inner voice. It took me a while to adjust some of those inner conversation but it is possible. Most times I feel better about myself. I am more kind to myself and it wasn't always this way. No way.


What is your inner voice like? Perhaps observe what inner thoughts arise and try detach a little bit. Be kind to yourself in any situation.
