Let's talk Embodiment (Embody Your Ideal Self)

Ola, it never surprises me to get inspiration just as I am about to go to sleep, I would like to share some insights with you. When it comes to embodiment, embodiment of the ideal self, i would like to share some examples and perspectives to give you more understanding, how we can interpret these things into our life on a daily basis.


Let’s look at great actors. When they play a movie, they become the character. They don't play the character or they don't act as the character, they become it and that's why we see this. brilliant actors that are, you know, out of this world great what they do because they literally become it. Now when it comes to some very wise words that Nikola Tesla once said, if you want to master a life think in terms of energy vibration and frequency.


And there is something about this. Say for instance, you have a radio, a radio station, right? You have hip hop, you have rock, you have metal, you have classical music, and they are all tuned into a certain frequency, you know, like I'm just gonna throw out numbers now. A rock station is tuned into 105hz, and hip hop station is tuned into 107hz.


Now, you cannot listen to hip-hop on station 105hz, which is tuned into rock. Both are set already there and it's playing out in real time. When we search for something in life. Say, for instance, we are searching for love. I will keep it simple here. Love, that we want to receive love from other people. If you look at it from the terms of frequency radio station. Love receiving it's tuned to 105.


Where you are at in your life, not experiencing love or not feeling Love. You are tuned into 107. Not energetically vibrationally matching with the station tuned to love. You are vibrating 107 which is not tuned with the energy of 105, which is the love. Therefore you will not be able to experience it. It's like hearing the radio. You will not be able to hear hip hop when you are tuned into rock. So how can we get into the place of the same vibration/frequency? How can we tune into the radio station that we want to live and experience?


There are multiple aspects to take into consideration. First, A way of being has a lot of different aspects right? Because a way of being includes a lot of different things. However, they are things that we can do consciously to support this process of tuning into the radio frequency, in this case Love station. If we want to tune into the radio station of love, we can first look at the relationship we have with ourselves. How do we practice self love? What do we do that supports self care? What can we adjust or change when it comes to treating ourselves mentally?

How do we treat ourselves physically? How do we treat our cell psychologically? That could be a first step to shift our direction a little.


We need to gain some clarity on this, because if the answer is nothing, well, i don't do anything to support my love towards myself, then we cannot expect to be tuned into that frequency. We cannot expect to see it in the outside world because we are blind to it from within. The focus is just not there.


One way to get closer is to merge with the frequency that we want to be, the frequency of love. We need to take time to tap into that space. When was the last time you really really did something for yourself, where you were like, oh my god, i love myself so much and you felt it in your heart? When was the last time you have had and experienced an act of kindness that just opened your heart? . It could be and act of kindness that you may have shared towards someone or it could be something that you have received. Think about these moments of love that you have received throughout your life and shared to keep it balanced and tune into how it felt at the time. What was the surroundings like? What was the experience? What was happening at the time? Perhaps try and recall some of it here and now because what happens is when we tune into a memory and we are really experiencing as if it’s happening here and now.


We merge with this memory, we will start to experience the same thing in our body. If we really go fully into this, what happens there is, the body will be in that state of love, and the love that you're searching for will be present in your body there and then.


You are tuned in that frequency now and this is one simple exercise. The mind does not know the difference between what is real and what we imagine. Anything that we search for in life, especially things that are outside of us, really comes from the internal world that we are experiencing as a reflection.


Any new car, any new house. Any new holiday that we long for so much at the end of the day It's not the experience itself. It's how we're gonna feel. We are literally grabbing onto the feelings. Oh, I cannot wait for the holiday. I want to finally feel relaxed after working hard for the last 2 months.


I want to sip pina colada on a beach. Not think about anything. When we ask the wise questions as to why, why we want what we want, The answers that could arise are ‘’ I want to feel happy. I want to feel at peace. I want to feel emotionally balanced. I want to feel at peace.


I want my health, my mental health to be on point. I want to be in a space where I don't overthink. Our world is first created in a mind, the mind and the body are connected, which means anything that's created in a mind, anything that's created in the body will merge/wire together.


For example when we visualize, we go into details to visualize how the house is looking. Where is this house? How big is this house? What does this have inside? What is happening in this house every day? What do you do in this house every day? What do you do when you wake up? What do you do in the afternoon? What do you do in the evening? Then you tune into the feelings. You tune into how I feel in this house? What is arising for me? Do I feel at peace? Do I feel stress free? Do I feel more calm? Do I feel more joyful? Do I feel more loved? And as you go through this visualization process, you are incorporating this feelings into the movie that we are playing out. Okay. So as we are in this state of visualization and tapping into the feelings, we are actually experiencing that reality at that particular time because our mind attention is there, our body attention is there, our emotional body attention is there because we are combining everything in that moment of the visualization.


Meaning that that reality is actually replaying itself somewhere, and the brain doesn’t know it is real. But like I said before, we are more longing for the feelings deep down. Some of us are not aware of it all, not aware of it all the time, either.


By practicing visualization there is a shift that will happen inside of the mind, the body, the heart, and the emotional state of the person experiencing that and there is a momentum that takes place in that particular moment and it activates a different part of ourselves that we were not aware of before. All happening on a subconscious level. When we carry on from that point, we set ourselves for some guidance when it comes to. We gain some clarity on what is holding me back. We can ask what can I do to move forward?


When we look at the very small steps that we can take to move towards something, we will realize that those small steps are actually achievable and they are more realistic. They are not so scary, and it's like taking a first step on a staircase. Small steps of matter, so much is because those small steps will accumulate as we go up the staircase.



It's more realistic to us and it's not so overwhelming. And that is a very big importance in that.


So this is a self-inquiry exercise. What are you ready for right now? At this point in your life, what kind of change? I am not talking about big massive changes. Just the next small steps.
